Changes to Max Limits
Starting next week, Monday 5th August 2024 we will begin to enforce a max limit of 500 on both our list conversions endpoint and our list conversation messages endpoint.
The list contacts endpoint currently has a default limit of 50 and the list conversation message endpoint currently has a default limit of 10. Neither have a max limit.
We are making this change in order to ensure consistent performance across all list endpoints. The accounts we believe to be currently leveraging these endpoints in production have been communicated to in writing.
The documentation will be updated to reflect these limits once they are live
