We've resolved an issue that caused inconsistent behaviour between the upsert and create endpoints when updating contacts based on External ID.

Starting next week, Monday 5th August 2024 we will begin to enforce a max limit of 500 on both our list conversions endpoint and our list conversation messages endpoint.
