Is it possible or is there an easy way to sort by the first unread message?

We are working with 800-1400 open conversations at a time and our team works them in order of oldest to newest but that is currently sorting by the last message. When we have people message us multiple days in a row, that conversation thread is being pushed further and further back in the queue to work because it moves them to the back of the line.

Is there a way for us to sort from oldest to newest using the first unread message?
