Returns workflow apps available to the authenticated organization, including
each app's triggers and create actions from the currently published app version.

Only published apps are returned. Unpublished versions, other organizations'
private apps, and operations marked as hidden are excluded. Credentials,
source code, and other internal configuration are never included.

OAuth callers require the workflows:read scope (and matching workspace
permission). API key callers are authorized by organization membership.
